This is what 21 days of high-carb does to you!


Sam Feltham, or Unstoppable Sam, was a leading personal trainer in London. He was becoming more and more frustrated with the commercial gym he was working, cramped conditions, lack of customer service and the unethical actions of the commercial gyms. He started training people in a different way and the results were amazing.  To prove his point, he performed two 21 day researches, one eating LCHF and the other eating high-carb/high-calorie and the results are amazing.
